Job Overview

We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to manage collections for Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, resolving queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue loan accounts.

• Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments.

• Negotiate repayment plans and payment commitments.

• Update customer interactions and collection status in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for account resolution.

• Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service within the BFSI/NBFC industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Age: Below 30 years.

• English + Telugu

• English + Kannada (with prior Sales Experience)
