Tele-collection

We are looking for a Tele-collection to join our team at NBFC. The role offers ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to NBFC. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for pending EMI payments and overdue loan recovery.

• Remind customers about payment due dates, outstanding amounts, and repayment options.

• Follow up regularly with customers who have missed their EMI payments.

• Understand customer payment issues and encourage timely repayment.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment updates and customer concerns.

• Follow company policies and maintain professional communication during collection calls.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience in tele-calling, tele-collections, EMI recovery, loan recovery, or debt collection is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Patience, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
