Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to handle the ARP (Video Call) process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining services, and assisting them through a structured video call process. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and basic technical knowledge to guide customers smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain company services and the ARP video call process clearly.
Assist customers in joining and completing video calls.
Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience.
Follow up with leads and ensure closure or process completion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and successful video sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
Comfortable with video calling platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
