We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team to handle client calls, provide exceptional support and resolve queries related to Interior Design Company. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer and client calls professionally and efficiently.
Address queries, resolve concerns and manage smooth dispatch and arrival of materials.
Keep records of client interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing front desk job checking shipping and arrival of materials. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
