Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

• Generate new business leads for third-party manufacturing services.

• Explain the company's manufacturing services for Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and Veterinary products.

• Understand customer requirements and collect product details.

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, samples, and orders.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.

• Coordinate with the marketing, production, purchase, and quality teams to update customers on order status.

• Maintain accurate customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and lead generation reports.

• Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and lead follow-up activities when required.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Com/ B.Sc or equivalent.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 5 Years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

• Ability to build customer relationships and handle follow-ups.
