We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products or services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and feedback.
Maintain a database of customer details and call records.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
Meet daily or weekly call targets and performance goals.
Coordinate with the sales team for further customer requirements.
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketing executive, or similar role.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
