We are looking for an energetic and confident Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers, and support sales and service activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Provide accurate information about products/services
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Schedule appointments and callbacks
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Maintain professionalism and polite communication
Update customer details in CRM or records
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Positive attitude and confidence
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
Knowledge of CRM software
Sales or persuasion skills
