🧩 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls related to electricity services

• Register and resolve complaints, service requests & queries

• Provide accurate information regarding:

  • Power supply issues

  • Billing & payment queries

  • New connections & disconnections

• Maintain proper call logs and complaint records

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Ensure customer satisfaction as per UPPCL guidelines

• Follow standard call scripts and compliance rules

🎯 Skills Required:

• Good Hindi communication skills (basic English preferred)

• Typing speed 15-18wpm

• Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle pressure and high call volume

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Graduation preferred

• Freshers can apply
