Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist: Tele-Calling

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Debt Recovery Specialist to manage and recover outstanding dues from our existing client base. This role requires a professional with at least 2 years of experience, ideally within banking or financial services, who can handle high-volume calling and occasional field visits to client offices to secure payments.

Key Responsibilities

In-Depth Debt Recovery: Conduct persuasive outbound calls to existing clients to settle outstanding amounts and recover overdue payments.

Negotiation & Settlement: Assess client financial situations and negotiate one-time settlements (OTS) or structured repayment plans within authorized limits

Banking Procedures: Apply knowledge of banking recovery processes and follow ethical debt collection practices in line with RBI guidelines.

CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and payment commitments in the company's database.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years in debt recovery or collections. Candidates with a background as a Banking Recovery Agent or experience in NBFCs are strongly preferred.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and English, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.

Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recovery targets.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Fixed).

Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for fuel and travel expenses incurred during office visits.

Preferred Certifications:

DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is highly desirable.
