Designation: Customer Care executive Location: Prince Info Tech Park Tower B, Chennai Experience: 0-5 years' experience.
Salary: Freshers -15,000Take Home salary Experienced 1-5years -15,000 -20,000 Take Home salary (Based on Experience it will be fixed between 15k-20K as take Home salary.
Incentives: Scope starts from 2000 to 40000(Subject to ones own individual performance based and targets against it) Qualifications: Any Degree/Diploma/+2 with good communication skills.
Communication Skills: English With Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Hindi with good speaking fluency.
Roles and Responsibilities
Guiding the clients to reach the clinics
Resolving escalated customer complaints
Facilitating efficient communication between departments
Answering incoming calls for customer queries
Handling inquiries
Providing customer service support
Making outbound calls to prospective clients
Calling them and fixing up appointments for their respective clinic locality
Follow up with clients
