  About the Role

NCCB is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing International BPO team at Janakpuri, New Delhi. If you love talking to people, have a good command of English and Hindi, and want to build a rewarding career in the BPO industry – this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  Key Responsibilities

•          Handle calls for international clients

•          Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English

•          Understand customer needs and provide accurate information

•          Maintain call logs and update records in the system

•          Meet daily/weekly targets and performance benchmarks

•          Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

•          Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team/supervisor

•          Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on every call

  Eligibility Criteria

•          Age: 18 years and above

•          Education: 12th Pass (Any stream/board accepted)

•          Languages: Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory

•          Freshers are welcome to apply – no prior experience required

•          Good communication and listening skills

•          Basic computer knowledge preferred

•          Punctual, dedicated, and target-oriented attitude
