Nexus Pain Management is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Inside Sales Telecallers / Patient Counsellors to join our team in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.

The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective patients through provided leads, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, generating appointments, and following up with leads to achieve successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients from the assigned leads/database.

• Understand patient requirements and pain-related concerns and provide appropriate information about the services.

• Explain consultations and pain-management services clearly and professionally.

• Counsel prospective patients, address basic queries, and handle objections effectively.

• Generate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments.

• Conduct timely and regular follow-ups with interested and pending leads.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments and achieve assigned conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the clinic/hospital and internal teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

• Escalate medical or clinical queries to the appropriate healthcare/medical team.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver a high standard of customer service.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in the relevant regional language; English/Hindi communication will be an added advantage.

• Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customer/patient objections and convert leads.

• Good listening and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Professional and empathetic approach while interacting with patients.

Preferred Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, Healthcare Sales, Patient Counselling, BPO, or Customer Service.

• Candidates with healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical sales experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
