Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele caller (Female) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting potential clients with property-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling

• Maintain and update customer databases regularly

• Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits

• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions/closures

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/tele sales (real estate preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in real estate industry

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English

• Customer-centric approach
