We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent / Telecaller who will be responsible for calling customers regarding their due EMI or overdue loan amount and ensuring timely payment. The candidate must follow up with customers, explain payment options, and maintain proper records of conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to inform them about pending EMI or overdue payments.
Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments.
Convince customers to clear their outstanding dues.
Maintain call records and update payment status in the system.
Coordinate with team leaders for difficult or escalated cases.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher and Experienced both can apply.
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
