🎯 Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with customers, understand their financial requirements, explain suitable loan products, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customers' financial requirements and loan needs.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, features, and basic documentation requirements.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Coordinate with the sales/credit team for further processing of leads.

• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

• Build a positive relationship with customers and ensure a good customer experience.

• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines while communicating with customers.
  

💰 Loan Products

The candidate may handle customer enquiries related to:

• Personal Loans

• Business Loans

• Home Loans

• Medical Loans

• Working Capital Loans

• Other loan products offered through KwikCreds' lending partners

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM is preferred.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, banking, NBFC, fintech, or loan sales will be an advantage.
