Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote/sell Airtel services (broadband, DTH, etc.).
Lead Management: Following up on leads, updating contact details, and managing call status in CRM.
Customer Interaction: Handling inbound calls for support, addressing complaints, and building rapport.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback.
