Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Answer customer queries in a clear and polite manner

• Collect basic customer details and requirements

• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments when required

• Maintain call records and customer information

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills

• Positive and professional phone etiquette

• Basic understanding of customer service or sales

• Willingness to learn about solar energy products

• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

• Knowledge of renewable energy or solar products is an advantage
