Key Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound Calls:
Contact potential clients for sales or handle incoming queries, complaints, and support requests.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Promote products/services, identify customer needs, and convert leads into sales or appointments.
Customer Engagement:
Build relationships, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer info, and transactions in CRM systems.
