Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller with excellent English communication skills to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and professionally providing accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Provide information about services and events
Maintain call records and follow-ups
Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive and professional attitude

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Fixed working schedule
