Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at HouseDesigns99. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our architecture and interior design services, and coordinating appointments with our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming leads.

Explain our services — house planning, interior design, Vastu consultation, and 3D design.

Maintain client details and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into meetings.

Schedule client visits or office appointments.

Coordinate with the design and sales team for smooth communication.

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all client interactions.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.

Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel.

Pleasant voice and convincing skills.

Experience in telecalling, real estate, or interior/architecture firm will be an added advantage.
