Job Title: Tele Collection Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and willing to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments

• Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules

• Ensure timely collection and resolution of dues

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses

• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Intermediate / 12th pass (minimum)

• Language: Hindi (mandatory)

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to ₹20,000

• Fixed Surcharge: ₹2,000

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Day shift only – no night shifts
