SERVICE BOOKING AND SCHEDULING : TAKE INBOUND CALLS AND WALK INS FOR PERIODICMAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. ASSIGN SLOTS BASED ON MECHANIC AVAILABILITY.
COORDINATION : ACT AS ABRIDGE BETWEEN MECHANIC AND CUSTOMER.
FOLLOW UP : CALL CUSTOMERS 2-3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR FEEDBACK, WARRANTY ISSUES, AND TO REMIND THEM ABOUT THE NEXTSERVICE DUE DATE.
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION: HANDLE DISSATISFACTION ON QUALITY, DELAY, OR BILLING.ESCALATE TO SERVICE MANAGER IF NEEDED WHILE KEEPING THE CUSTOMER CALM.
