We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer follow-ups and support calls for our existing customers. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who communicates clearly, handles customers professionally, and is comfortable with basic computer work.
Call existing customers for follow-ups and support
Handle customer queries politely and resolve basic issues
Share updates, reminders, and required information on calls
Maintain proper call records and customer notes
Coordinate with internal team for issue escalation and closure
Ensure smooth customer communication and timely follow-up
Strong Hindi communication
Good English communication
Basic computer knowledge (typing, Excel/basic systems, WhatsApp/email)
Professional phone etiquette and patience with customers
Responsible, punctual, and consistent in daily follow-up work
