Job description

Entero Healthcare is hiring for handling backend operations, customer support, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage admin panel operations and backend activities.
Provide support through WhatsApp and calling.
Resolve user queries and coordinate with sales teams.
Verify chemists and manage membership activations.
Map chemists, products, customers, and brands in the system.
Track B2B/B2C orders and maintain reports.
Upload banners, images, and campaigns on the platform.
Handle Exotel calling and Firebase updates.

Skills Required

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
Customer support and backend operations experience.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
