Dr. Sharda Ayurveda is looking for professional Telecallers for our Ludhiana (Omaxe Residency, Pakhowal Road) branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over English, Punjabi, and Hindi, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle patient calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in a professional manner. Candidates should be confident, polite, and capable of managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams. Prior experience in tele-calling or customer support is preferred, along with basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
