JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: HYEDERABD
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 1–3 Years in Tele Sales preferred/ MANUFCTURING

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle sales calls and generate business for our garment/apparel products in the Odisha market.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting retailers, wholesalers, distributors, dealers and potential business customers, explaining products, generating leads, following up on enquiries and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, distributors and potential customers.

• Generate new leads and identify potential garment buyers in Odisha.

• Explain garment products, fabrics, designs, sizes, prices, offers and other product details.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Follow up with existing customers and generate repeat orders.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.

• Convert leads into confirmed sales/orders.

• Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Handle customer queries, objections and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Merchandising, Production and Dispatch teams for order processing.

• Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.

• Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

• Achieve assigned daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements.

• Maintain good relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors and wholesalers.

• Support the sales team in expanding the company's customer network across Odisha.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation ability.

• Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.

• Target-oriented and result-focused approach.

• Basic knowledge of garments, apparel, fabrics and clothing products is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM.

• Ability to handle multiple customer calls and follow-ups.

• Good knowledge of Odia and Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in Garment, Textile, Apparel, Fashion or FMCG sales will be preferred.

• Candidates with Tele Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales experience can also apply.
