Job Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with students, parents, and schools to provide information about the CPCL Super 30 program, which offers free coaching for IIT-JEE aspirants from economically weaker backgrounds. The role involves outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining communication records to support student enrollment and program awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and school representatives to explain the CPCL Super 30 program.

• Provide accurate information regarding eligibility criteria, application process, entrance tests, and program benefits.

• Follow up with potential applicants and ensure completion of application requirements.

• Maintain a database of contacted students, responses, and follow-up status.

• Coordinate with the program team for updates on admissions, examinations, and program activities.

• Assist in organizing awareness campaigns and admission drives.

• Respond to incoming calls and queries from students and parents.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, email communication).

• Ability to convince and guide students/parents.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Patience and a positive attitude while interacting with people.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate (preferred) or minimum 12th pass with good communication skills.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or education counseling is preferred.

Other Requirements

• Interest in working with students from underprivileged backgrounds.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks.
