Telecalling Executive – Lead Generation

Club Viator Pvt Ltd is a growing holiday company focused on providing memorable travel and vacation experiences to our customers. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives for lead generation.We are hiring Telecalling Executives responsible for generating qualified leads only. This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

• Brief customers about holiday packages and company services.

• Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.

• Share daily lead generation reports with the team leader.

• Follow up with prospects when required.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language).

• Confident and positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to achieve daily and monthly lead targets.

• Prior telecalling/lead generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
