We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Client Of Sarvajith Infotech. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Logistics. The role offers ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roles and Responsibilities

  Vendor Identification and Research: Identify potential vendors, research product details, and collect vendor contact information.

  Vendor Communication: Contact vendors through phone calls and other communication channels to establish and maintain business relationships.

  Vendor Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, updates, and other business requirements.

  Pricing Management: Update and maintain accurate product pricing details in the system or database.

  Call Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of vendor calls, discussions, follow-up dates, commitments, and action items.

  Product Information Management: Collect, verify, and update product details, specifications, availability, and other relevant information received from vendors.

  Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely responses and smooth business operations.

  Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate vendor databases, product records, and pricing sheets, and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

  Follow-up Tracking: Monitor pending vendor responses and conduct timely follow-ups until the required information or confirmation is received.

  B2C Process Support: Support business-to-consumer (B2C) operations by ensuring vendor and product information is accurate and up to date.

  Target Policy: This role does not have any sales or call-based targets. The focus is on vendor communication, regular follow-ups, accurate data maintenance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
