Telecalling/Lead Generation: Making cold calls, following up on inquiries, and generating new business opportunities.

Visa Counseling: Educating clients on visa types, immigration laws, university courses, and procedures.

Document Assistance: Guiding clients on document preparation, filling application forms, and reviewing documentation for accuracy.

Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Client Management: Maintaining client records, managing queries, and providing updates on application status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Generally 0-3 years in telecalling, sales, or immigration counseling (freshers are often welcomed).

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 12th pass with relevant experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and often local languages (e.g., Punjabi/Hindi).

Knowledge: Basic understanding of immigration procedures and document processing.

Attributes: Strong persuasion skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

Salary Range

Typically ranges from ₹14,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
