Job Description:

A Recovery Collections role involves managing overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations to recover debts efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Contacting Delinquent Customers: Initiate communication with customers who have overdue payments through phone calls, emails, or written correspondence to negotiate repayment terms.

1. Negotiating Payment Plans: Work with customers to develop manageable repayment plans that ensure debts are recovered efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.

2. Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all communications, payments, and recovery progress for each delinquent account, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Freshers & Experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
