Job Summary

The Telecaller at Afaq Clinics is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, follow-ups, and general inquiries. The role focuses on providing clear information, ensuring patient satisfaction, and supporting smooth clinic operations through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient calls professionally and courteously

• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders

• Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, timings, and procedures

• Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments

• Maintain and update patient call records and basic data in the system

• Coordinate with front desk staff, doctors, and clinic managers as required

• Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and helpful manner

• Follow clinic communication protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information

• Support promotional or awareness calls as instructed by management

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred)

• Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

• Ability to handle calls efficiently and manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to learn clinic services and healthcare processes
