🚀 Urgent Hiring – Collection & Recovery Executive (NBFC)

🏢 Industry: NBFC

📍 Location: Near Uttam Nagar West Metro Station, Delhi

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on Experience & Performance)

💼 Position: Collection & Recovery Executive

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

• Make outbound calls and negotiate repayment plans with customers

• Track delinquent cases (DPD, PAR Buckets)

• Coordinate with Credit & Operations Teams

• Ensure compliance with company collection policies & regulatory guidelines

✅ Experience Required:

• 1–3 Years experience in NBFC / Fintech collections

• Experience in Unsecured / Payday Loan collections preferred

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
