Provide basic event details such as date, time, venue.
Update call responses and maintain accurate records in the system.
Handle queries politely and redirect complex questions to seniors or concerned departments.
Maintain professionalism and follow company calling scripts and guidelines.
Ensure daily call productivity and timely follow-ups (if required).
