Tele Caller

 We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and generating leads for our products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and the ability to work independently.

•  Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for our products and services

•  Explain our products and services to customers and answer any questions they may have

•  Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our products and services

•  Keep accurate records of all calls made and update our customer database accordingly

•  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation

•  Work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are followed up on promptly and effectively

•  Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, preferences, and feedback

 Any Graduate

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•  Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills

•  Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role

•  Experience in customer service or sales is a plus

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

•  High level of motivation and a positive attitude
