Role: Tech Support Engineer 1 Job Description / Job Role 811 Banking Operations & Debit Card/Account Monitoring  Monitor customer accounts and verify scheme codes, account eligibility, and product criteria.  Monitor debit card issuance, including physical/virtual debit cards and applicable card limits.  Coordinate with respective business/operations teams for resolution of system-related issues.  Highlight process gaps and exceptions to the concerned teams and follow up until closure.  Support account-level corrective actions, including reversal/recovery of incorrect amounts where applicable.  Maintain and share account-level details/screenshots/evidence for issue investigation.  Coordinate with stakeholders for customer-level remediation and resolution.  Help re-propagated data between finacle & BCIF Key Responsibilities: 811 Account Process Control _Monitoring _ Reconciliation | Scheme Code Validation | Debit Card Issue Resolution| Reversal/Recovery Experience Level Mid Level
