We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team at Ecoleaf energies Pvt Ltd . Key Responsibilities:
Manage field technicians in the Kerala region.
Respond to customer escalation emails and closely coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain inward and outward machine inventory as well as spares inventory.
Provide timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex concerns.
Visit customer locations to understand and resolve issues.
Achieve key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics/ Mechanical /Electronics engineering
Experience: 2–3 years in fieldwork or team management.
Ability to resolve customer complaints, provide accurate information, and escalate complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
