Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals and performance targets. This role involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and support, and ensuring high standards of quality and productivity are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members in day-to-day operations.
Set clear team goals and communicate performance expectations.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Organize workflow to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Handle escalated issues or complex problems, ensuring timely resolution.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training or development needs.
Maintain accurate records of performance, attendance, and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and new initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in [Business Administration / Management / Relevant Field] or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a team leader role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in Fleet services or Urban Transportation is an added advantage
