💼 Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
Recommend tea products based on customer preferences.
Explain different varieties of Darjeeling, Assam, Green, White and Herbal teas.
Handle counter sales and customer payments (Cash, Card & UPI).
Generate bills through the POS/Billing system.
Assist customers with product selection and gifting requirements.
Maintain product displays and store presentation.
Support promotional activities and daily store operations.
👤 Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Previous retail sales experience will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
Hindi and other languages will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
Willingness to work at all three outlets on a rotational basis.
⏰ Working Conditions
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day.
Monthly Off: 4 days.
Must be flexible to work on National Holidays and peak business days as per operational requirements.
