Roles and Responsibilities:
· Providing TECHNICAL / TALLY software support to end-users via remote support.
· Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
· Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. ·
· Diagnose and resolve technical software issues ·
· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate ·
· Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary ·
· Your role will be to complete new software installations, give demo and training to the particular associates.
· You will also support the existing customers with any general troubleshooting.
