We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Kaiser Abbott Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Life Insurance. The role offers ₹12,500 - ₹30,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. 2. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and career pages. 3. Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and job fairs. 4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess applicant suitability. 5. Schedule interviews with hiring teams. 6. Collect feedback from interviewers. 7. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Any Graduate (between 2021 to 2026) and 0 - 3 years of experience. Age: Mix 34 years. You will be responsible for mass recruitment, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
