Service advisor

We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at Manmohan Motors. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Two Wheeler. The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and understand vehicle issues/complaints

• Conduct preliminary inspection of two-wheelers

• Prepare job cards and explain service details to customers

• Coordinate with technicians for timely and quality service

• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals

• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles

• Explain repairs and maintenance work done

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Promote value-added services, spare parts, and service packages

• Maintain service records and update system/software

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and parts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer handling and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Service Software)

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
