Responsibilities:

Attend customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.
Prepare job cards and coordinate with the workshop team.
Manage service estimates, billing, and vehicle delivery processes.
Keep customers updated about service status and vehicle-related issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Automobile/Service Advisor preferred.
