Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade (Higher Secondary). Graduates will also be considered.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a telesales or telecalling role is mandatory. Prior experience in a BPO voice process will be an added advantage.
Communication Skills: Applicants should possess excellent verbal communication skills, with clear diction and clarity in speech. The ability to convince and influence customers effectively is crucial.
Customer Handling: The role involves interacting with a high volume of customers over the phone. Candidates must be confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections smartly.
Sales Orientation: The ideal candidate should be motivated by targets and incentives, with a proven ability to close sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
