Reboot Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-driven, with the ability to convert leads into customers.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
Explain Reboot Software’s products and services clearly
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain call and sales records in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to close pending opportunities
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
0–3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
Good communication skills in English and local language
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Experience in Software / SaaS / IT services sales
B2B or B2C sales exposure
