We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products, and closing sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English).
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident speaking and convincing ability.
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Experience in telesales will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: As per company timing
Salary: Fixed + Incentive (based on performance)
