Tele calling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for sales, follow-ups, or lead generation.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, feedback, and customer interactions.

• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.

• Follow communication scripts and maintain a positive, friendly tone with clients.

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

• Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, directing visitors, and managing correspondence.

• Maintain visitor records and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Proven experience in tele calling, reception, or front office roles.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
