Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through IndiaMART, Justdial and other online platforms.

• Handle telephonic sales and customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.

• Contact potential customers, understand their requirements and explain AHN Lubricants products.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries and sales.

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders and customer requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned lead generation, calling and sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory experience in lead generation through IndiaMART and Justdial.

• Proven experience in telephonic sales / telesales.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and convert enquiries into orders.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.

• Target-oriented, confident and proactive personality.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a female candidate with strong communication and sales skills, who has hands-on experience in IndiaMART, Justdial lead generation and telephonic sales.
