Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and dedicated female candidate to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Executive. This is a direct company role, not a third-party or consultancy position.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing sales communication, and building strong relationships with clients. She should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Explain product details clearly to customers
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing
Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Confident, polite, and professional behavior
Ability to handle customers and work in a team
Prior experience in sales or customer support is a plus
