Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Delight Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and experience in managing customer escalations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely issue resolution, maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants, and coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.

• Provide customer support through calls, emails, and ticketing platforms.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups.

• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

• Guide and support junior members of the customer support team.

• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues.

• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.

• Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and SLAs.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Strong experience in handling customer escalations and complaints.

• Good customer relationship management skills.

• Experience with CRM/Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.

• Graduation preferred.

Work Details

• Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

• Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

• Work Mode: Work from Office

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
